| The Fatiha Support Group |
Support groups will be initially conducted 2 hours a week where Muslim and/or Arab men who are on drugs, drink alcohol, or gamble can get together and discuss their issues revolving around their use and addiction in a supportive environment.
· Group will be facilitated by drug and alcohol workers and ex-users.
· Community re-integration initiatives will be encouraged
Referals to treatment options:
· Harm minimisation will be initially encouraged, where abstinence is the goal
· Introduce them to the Salvation Army, Bridge program for abstinent-driven rehabilitation
