Mission of Hope (MoH) has responded to requests from the community for discussions on marriage and finding prospective spouses. Dr Mohammed Sadiq has been invited from Canada to present his unique interactive workshops that have been successfully presented in the USA, Canada and more recently, Brisbane.

The Marriage Toolbox is designed to assist young Muslim sisters and brothers who are planning to get married and are looking for spouses; as well, for couples who are looking to increase their knowledge on the marital relationship.

Dr. Sadiq has been invited to present his workshop and lecture series for the benefit of the Sydney audience and intends to address the present realities of our Muslim culture and communities, the psychology of human nature and human relationships, as well as the authentic Islamic teachings about marriage.

Some of the goals of this workshop include:

Encouraging the participants to think about their own personal, family and cultural realities;
Checking their own expectations of marriage, marital life, and their spouses to-be;
Understanding the nature of marital relationship – what makes it healthy or unhappy;
Correcting their beliefs and expectations in light of the proper teachings of Islam and their personal, family and cultural realities;
Finding a prospective spouse
