Mission of Hope will continue its health and wellbeing theme with an opportunity for a maximum of 50 females to experience the relaxation, pampering, aromatic indulgence in a calm atmosphere.

Begin your relaxation experience with a 20-minute guided relaxation session.
Utilising proper breathing techniques, imagery and progressive muscle relaxation
techniques, you will awaken your consciousness and emerge feeling r ested and rejuvenated.

Let all worries slide away with a 20-minute massage. As your therapist's healing hands
and warm oils massage your body, feel it reducing any mental, emotional and physical strain
or tension and muscle aches.
Then...
Continue the dream with a customised facial performed with a range of Nutrimetics
products designed especially for your skin type.
Followed by...
A relaxing foot spa to nourish and soothe the feet.
And to complete the experience...
D-Stress Acupuncture to free the body of energy blockages, promoting relaxation and bringing the mind and body back to balance and harmony.
